We often use professional actors to bring challenging workplace scenarios to life.  this gives delegates the opportunity to observe unhelpful behaviours and reflect on alternative approaches. 

Our partners are individually experienced in the complexities of workplace issues and conflict and bring together their combined expertise to the content of each delivery.

We have a well established reputation for helping many organisations to identify the causes of conflict, develop the skills to resolve it and to stop it escalating in the future.

As experienced and practicing coaches and mediators we have current and relevant experience to draw on and share with the delegates on our programmes.  We believe that a practical and interactive approach to learning is the best and most effective way to build skills and confidence in these challenging areas.
