Emma Gersch Training was founded to provide dynamic drama based training, and create cutting edge theatre and event work. We aim to be inspiring, empowering and engaging in all the work we do.

Role-Play provides a dynamic and engaging training service, and has been successfully inspiring and enhancing clients across the public and private sectors since 2000. We pride ourselves on offering high quality, and wholly realistic scenarios and characterization, in order to achieve complete authenticity in training.
