Conflict Masters was founded by Sarah Crayford Brown and Alison Bennett in response to a growing need from organisations to find effective solutions to conflict within the workplace.  If you have experienced conflict within your organisation you will recognise how quickly it can consume time, energy and resources and impact on productivity.

Combining our skills: Sarah as a lawyer; mediator and coach and Alison as an HR professional and executive coach we can offer companies our expertise combined with many years of practical experience.
